Fields retained
Submitted names, email addresses, subjects, messages, consent and optional context are stored with a timestamp and receipt reference. There are no attachments, phone-number lookup fields or code-retrieval tools.
Review and removal
The record can be used to review the question and correspond about it. It is kept until manual deletion, without a configured automatic expiry. No mailing-list enrolment or automatic email confirmation follows submission.
Interface state
Checklist selections persist locally. The platform selector is temporary page state and sends no number to a checking service. Rate limiting briefly retains a hashed network identifier, and the host may record ordinary technical logs. No external advertising or analytics are installed.
Request a record change
Contact the desk using the earlier email and reference when possible. State whether you want access, amendment or deletion. Verification may be needed to avoid disclosing information to someone else.
